Few questions about Higher Dimensions

1. What kind of higher dimensions does this site accept for tier 1(I know it accepts spatial, temporal dimensions, RF and branes)?
2. What kind of dimensions are spatio temporal dimensions?
3. Would someone who has 4D existence look at 3D people as fiction if 4th dimension is that of time?
4. What kind of stuff contradicts higher dimensions being legit?
5. If character that is 1-A is already above dimensions, what kind of transcendence do you use to reach higher tier?
6. Can time even exist in planes that are above 1-A? If it can't and doesn't how do characters move and how can stuff happen there?

1) Any dimension that shows Transcendence over Lower Dimensions by the requirements of the Wiki, whether being stated to be R>F or just being stated to have a uncountable infinity difference and the like.
2) Depends on the verse, normally its just the dimensiosns of Space and the Time that flows through said Spaces.
3) Probably not normally, but we won't complain if a verse treats it like that.
4) If it meets the requirements I stated above, not quite sure. Normally we consider them not legit if they don't meet the requirements, but I don't know of nay that meet them then have a anti-feat that disqualifies them.
5) Basically to reach higher in 1-A you must have a feat of the other 1-A being seeing the lower one as like fiction or something, or have an area with layers above each other and stuff. Have an infinite number of this and you gain 1-A+, have a being completely transcend that Hierachy like 1-A being Transcends the Dimensional hierachy and you get High 1-A, do the same to the Tier High 1-A Hierachy and your Tier 0 then it's just further up and up Tier 0.
6) Not really, but we understand that the author sometimes have to mention units of Time for the audience to understand what the characters are doing if they do mention them in a timeless place. As for how they move, it's fiction don't worry about it.

Depends on the mechanics of the verse, but the Wiki doesn't consider it impossible.

As for the 3D part, do you mean a 3D being with like 4D power?

Yes, beasically can a being who is 3D exist in 5D plane of existance without his existance being 5D.

I have a question if a realm is considered a higher plane of reality and it is transcendent let's just say to the spacetime of a 2-A multiverse would that be Tier 1.

Well, yes. I'll use an LED (From Brane cosmology) as an example. They extend beyond 4-D dimensional constructs being able to treat said world as infinitesimal in comparison to it.
And well there's other carious ways to get a higher plane, but context is always needed.

Countably infinite would not be enough to answer that, like I'll use LED's again, they can just represent more 3-D energy to a bulk.
So yes, superiority would need to be more descriptive.
