Feats while a character is shrunken

I want to make profiles for the object show ONE but some of the feats happen while the characters are shrunken on a tiny planet known as The Plane.

It's implied that physics somehow work as if they're full-sized while on The Plane with it having it's own atmosphere but I want to know if these feats could still be transfered to their full-size forms.

The strenght is supposed to be purportional to the size so unless stated otherwise or the feats are made through some hax that has no relation with size then it would increase purportionaly to the size.
