Okay, so Lizard Folk are 8118935 joules where Zenberu apparently upscale from 713262 joules

Regarding skill, D&D 5.0 states that the species is only 1/2 CR, with means we can take 2 trained guards i guess, the other Lizard seems to be more skilled an that, being the strongest among his clan, although this can also means simply higher AP

The profile says that Zenberu has only athletic LS, but looking on the Overlord wiki it states that his Halberd is a freaking 3 meters made with pure steel, and for what i see he can manage that freaking thing with one hand, so IMO his LS is probably higher than the Lizardfolk, especially if we are considering the weaker one with max push of 790 Kg

So yeah, with all of that i would say Zenberu wins, sure the Lizard folk bite can help, but not that much
