shouldn't Faction Paradox count as some kind of Non-Canon/Extender universe within DW in the same way that Christopher Reeve Superman and Darth Lord Starkiller's Non-Canon Versions or SCP's Extend Canon does?

Faction Paradox is a series derived from Doctor Who, the point is that due to problems of the Writer this separated from the verse to continue his work on the War in Heaven (The Last time War before the arrival of the ninth Doctor and that the daleks are the enemy ), in the end Lawrence's series became an alternate timeline since he didn't have copyright on some things like The Name of the Time Lords, the Tardis, ect. but he had the permission of other things originating from DW like Compassion, Celesties, etc.
