Any way, in character F goes for duplication covering the arena in his goop clones and "." to paralize the oponent or "," to make them extreme slow, he also get's a lot faster thanks to the "!" gem, are you equalize his normal speed or his "!" speed?

Batos first move is roar, his roar is louder and stronger than Sohnlein, which can burst Player's eardrums, so without a pain tolerance feat or resistance. F will at least stunned by the sound

I don't think F has eardrums, he is kind of a biological goop

Well, he can hear, so even if it doesn't deal damage, the extremely loud sound will deconcentrate him.

by google, you need at least 140 db to burst eardrums, so Batos Roar is above 140db

Meh, batos social influence would make F run from the battle any way sinse he don't resist It, It's a stomp

To win via Battle Field Remove is one week, so F can simply came back to thr Battle field.
And I don't think you can resist Social Influence

So Batos resists paralysis, but what stops F from just firing a laser to slow Batos down before blitzing him with the “!” gem? (Mind you this laser can not only slow the body down, but their attacks as well)

Its not Fear Manipulation, its just a Social Influence that looks like Fear Manipulation

Speed amps aren’t affected by speed equalization. Only their base stats. Which basically means F is getting that 11.8197551807x speed amp from activating the “!” gem.

Batos can summon Little Dragons to distract F and since he has range advantage, he can make a few attacks Before F crosses the necessary distance to affect Batos with his attacks

Except since F has the AP advantage, he will either counteract those dragons with his own clones (with some of them even making their way towards Batos) or just speedblitz them.

I really dislike the reasoning for F AP, sinse the "I" blast clerly don't scale to "I" dura and SP

Eh, L was able to take I’s energy blast while he was transformed with his gem, and F later took it away to absorb it into himself as with every other gem. Not to mention, all of the gems were formed out of F’s tears, so F would still scale to the power of the gems.

Except when it hit J, it explodes instantly on contact. No, that’s not a ******* grenade, that is an energy ball, and L overpowered it just as it touched him.

Not really, if you look at L clip it's clear that It is still a "organic" ball
and even for J It kinda slplatters on J face before exploding
