Expressing Piece-By-Piece Using the Tier System

Hearing Tom Siddell talking about how he wants to make a robot goat capable of eating the internet got me wondering how this site expresses the ability to eat pretty much anything in AP or tier, or, for that matter, is easily able to destroy small pieces of something incredibly tough bit by bit.

The Tiering System uses a character's ability to blast apart large quantities of matter as the measure by which we rate their power. A character who completely knocked down a wall is stronger than a person who made a hole in the thing, and that's okay.

I'm curious as to how you would describe a super who bites into a cannonball made of titanium like its a yeast roll, yet has no other powers of that nature, or a FTL robot called "Supreme Omnigoat 2.0" that devours entire planets in seconds, like a tiny woodchipper.

If it is just an ability like turning everything he eats to nothing, it would be hax. There are also similar variations. In that case it wouldn't be ranked as AP at all.

Else it would go by the best feat demonstrated destruction wise. So if its just a titanium canonball likely not much. For a biting ability to be impressive one would either need a very big mouth or be shown to harm a character with high durability through it.
