From what I'm seeing, I'd say before the last frame, we can see wooden railings. We can just assume average railing height, and then pixel scale from there.
I can probably do it, though someone would need to evaluate it.

What exactly do you want me to do with that shot? I assume trying to calc the roof, since the railings in the explosion scene are a bit fucky?
Either way, I feel like the calc I did should be plenty enough, but I'll try 2 different methods.

I wanted to make a Sandbox for a character. But it wouldn't let me so I had to create a whole page instead.
Now I'm just regularly updating it before I show it a staff for acceptance.

Kinda weird how you need a 20 page CRT to upgrade a character and the agreement of 20+ supporters and staff members.

Ye, u can make a page with all abilities in the wiki, the thing of "a lot of agreement of staff" is usually controversial CRTs, but most of them having 1 staff agreement is enough
