Explain A Plot Badly

Halo

A gigantic onion ring has the power to destroy the whole galaxy with its smell, an evil alien race wants to use it. Your mission is to avoid that evil alien race from using that and making people cry to death because of the smell!
 
A 10 year old boy from a small town jam-packed with 2 houses and a laboratory, and his equally aged childhood rival, brainwashed into dreaming to go out to travel the world full of dangerous super animals to fill a suspiciously empty digital encyclopedia made by a supposedly famous pokemon researcher, capture and train said animals for gamble cockfighting other people, fighting people whose jobs are to make money from gym battles to pay for the damages to their gym buildings, and stop a world-reknowned criminal organization along the way, to become a pokemon champion, whose job is to sit around until someone tries to claim the title, ad infinitum.

All this, is for an old man to have some alone time with the boy's hot mom, while maintaining the facade of a quiet, remote town, filled to the brim with 5 people in total after the kids left and the fathers are suspiciously absent.

Undertale: 7 year old becomes Multiversal by believing in themself and then proceeds to fight Multiversal gods and then get erased by a Multiversal copy of themself after fighting a Multiversal fish that became Multiversal by also believing in themself!
