Explain a plot badly

Monkey lands on earth and goes on adventures to collect orange, spherical insect candies that can grant wishes

Piracy becomes too prominent in the video game industry and so the big four (plus one lil bab) go try to stop it but fail miserably

This plot applies to 2 fictional works btw.
