Battle between Experiment 627 and Experiment 629, strongest characters in "Lilo and Stitch" Verse (well, "strongest that have profiles"; The Dark End is arguably stronger, but isn't listed yet).

Assumptions:
  • Battle takes place in Lilo's house
  • Leroy is Original
  • Speed is equalized (they're mostly same as both scale off Stitch, X-627's page fails to mention that so equalization is to avoid mishaps)
  • Otherwise SBA

Of unique advantages, X-627 has:
  • More range with abilities.
  • 1 extra head and 2 extra arms
  • Surface Scaling (IDK why Leroy doesn't have it; maybe someone forgot to write it down)
  • Breath Attack
  • Fire Manipulation (which Leroy resists anyways)
  • Ice Manipulation (which leroy doesn't resist)
  • Plasma Manipulation (which Leroy resists anyways)
  • Electricity Manipulation (which Leroy resists anyways)
  • Telekinesis
  • Heat Vision (which Leroy resists anyways, since he resists Energy, Fire and Plasma)
  • Limited Elasticity
  • Resistance to Poison (which Leroy doesn't have anyways)
  • Resistance to Sleep (which Leroy doesn't have anyways)
  • Can swim

Of unique advantages, X-629 "Leroy" has:
  • Possibly very small advantage in AP, speed and durability - as later Experiments tend to be stronger than earlier ones.
  • Can turn his fur blue
  • Possibly slightly higher Weapon Mastery (can use any object as weapon; IDK why X-627's profile doesn't mention it)
  • Resistance to Explosions (which X-627 doesn't have anyways)
  • Resistance to Acid (IDK if X-627 is also supposed to have resistance to Acid or not)
  • Has Plasma Pistols (which X-627 resists anyways)
  • Weakness is harder to exploit (X-627 gets incapped if he starts laughing, while Leroy gets incapped if he hears "Aloha ʻOe"; X-627 has not enough vocabulary to sing "Aloha ʻOe", while Leroy may try to cause X-627 to laugh)
  • Somewhat more information on his opponent (X-627 and Leroy never met each-other in person; however, Leroy could read about X-627 in Jumba's database as Leroy was born afer X-627 - while X-627 reading about Leroy in database is highly unlikely)

Since both of them never met each-other in person, i don't think that weaknesses would come into play as they don't know anything about each-other. X-627 and X-629 have identical AP, Speed and Durability - as their main feats are "they're stronger than Stitch".

X-627 has ranged attacks which work on his opponent - as his Ice Manipulation attacks aren't resisted by X-629. Both can damage each-other by clawing, but X-627 has 2 more arms - so he would likely win at grappling and make more slashing attacks than X-629. X-627 also has telekinesis and can swim. Since their speed is same but X-627 also has ranged attacks and telekinesis, X-627 can easily keep distance while firing.

So i vote X-627. And count it.
