It's comparable to another Gunpla that can throw a baseball at 870 km/h, and can vaporize other gunpla with its weaponry?

Throwing a baseball at subsonic speeds is 9-C, and considering that vaporizing a human sized hole in the ground is High 8-C, I'm pretty sure vaporizing another "toy" would be in Tier 9 as well. Even ignoring the whole 53.4 t, 18 m thing.
