what I am looking for, is example for a 'dimensionless void. a 'place/space' which is not merely zero-dimensional, but completely absent of concept of dimensions in its entirety. but not rated as Tier 1-A or above.

is there such thing in this wiki?

Logically it's not uncommon in fiction. As plenty of verses have states of being before the concept of space and time.

yeah, such dimensionless place still wouldn't be beyond logic after all and I think there's even an example of non-1-A being 'existing' in 1-A dimensionless void.
