Over in America, I am currently helping people save lives among all the former city dwellers. Over the past several hours I have been building magitek armors and sophisticated A.I through the materials given to me by the U.S Army. There is total anarchy throughout the country, the Founding Fathers never thought ahead far enough to deal with rogue witches, vampires, demi gods, aliens, and super villains. I demonstrate my brilliance over the scientific fields of magnetism and artificial intelligence.
Over time, some in the U.S army have manifested powers that Mr. Omni had given them. One of them had the powers of Iron Man. Working together with this man, whom I nicknamed "Mister Steel", we are arming the military to protect civilians throughout the country.

I find the computer and broadcast a message, continuing my Ultimatum and revealing recent events, plus I tell British people to not shoot Kabus on sight and treat him like a human being. "Well Kabus, if you want to go anywhere in the BE, you're welcome, they shouldn't attack you because of that, as long as you contain the radiation levels. I was also thinking... Would you like a strong lead/concrete chamber, where you can shoot as much radiation as you want in the surrounding area without Killing anyone? I can ask it to be built."

I tell my ministers to build that chamber, then I blow up all military bases in the middle East, allowing for easy conquer. Former British Honduras, Former Mosquito Coast, and former Burma all surrender. Also the like bottom left of Libyia is given back since it was all desert regardless. I then go to Westminster to say hi to the ministers.
