Shouldn't Corvo have Limited Soul Manipulation with the Heart, considering he was able to trap a part of Delilah's soul within it, and then force it back into her?

Just to add more evidence on the pile, from the wiki on the Heart:
" During the mission The Grand Palace, Jessamine's spirit finally leaves the Heart, ceasing to exist,[5] and is replaced with Delilah Copperspoon's spirit. The Heart shows this change by becoming blackened around the transparent screen. When the protagonist returns to Dunwall Tower in the mission Death to the Empress, the Heart is used to return Delilah's spirit to her body. Empty of a spirit and not immediately filled by another one, the Heart disintegrates."

Think it's okay to add High 3-A with the Soul Hax, or just put that it negates durability?

Just note that it was able to remove the part of Delilah's soul that was merged with the Outsider's power
So now Corvo and Emily have High 3-A hax and Billie has a High 3-A weapon

While we're at it, both Emily and Corvo should also have limited Time Travel with the timepeice that the Outsider gives them, although it was only limited to that guy's palace.
