Eternity himself is capable of manipulating spacetime, as that he is the literal sentience of it, this manipulation is likely similar to manipulating a story, as that the spacetime itself is fiction to Eternity
Thus, i believe he should get possibly Plot manipulation

Considering how he has r>f difference with the universes inside of him, I wouldn't be opposed to such thing. The problem is, he never actually does it. So it's just that it exists as a narrative he could do but doesn't (I suppose it's because it's not within his character). So that should be noted for somewhere ig.
