No its just omniscience. Omniscience is knowing everything there is no concept of knowing more than everything.

Knowing everything doesn't mean you'll see the non-fiction.
Such a concept should exist.

It depends on the verse.
In the novel I'm reading there are beings who exist between Fiction and Non-Fiction and he is said to be Omniscient, so yes Omniscient can mean you see non-fiction.

Every power is limited and based purely on the context of its setting. That includes Omnsicence.
You don't get a special type of omniscience for potentially, possible knowing things that another Omnsicence character doesn't. It's all Omnsicnece within the setting it's being used, its just some settings are superior to one another.
