Seriously. He has electricity, in his entire cyborg body. He can activate it at will and it's out of control when his body is extremely damaged. So yeah, he resists.

Bad example. This is closer to Charizard resisting Fire or Cole MacGrath resisting electricity. They don't just use it, it's literally flowing through them all the time.
