When Gokus MUI wears off Goku still is a fighter in the same tier.
When Escanors Pseudo Sun wears off he goes back from 6B to 9B.
As such these things are handled to be separately and not all the same. An actual forum wide ruling would probably be useful.

Doesn't matter,also when Goku's MUI weares off,he is incapacitated for some time,then he is a lot of times weaker then MUI.

It does matter, however I am not debating this in this fight thread anylonger seeing as its no longer a discussion about the fight itself.
