Strength manipulation refers to one of his dark arts that improves his phisical abilities like jumping and running. Spiritual force refers to one of his dark arts that allows him to damage opponents mind instead of body. It's not a one shot Since it depends on his oppontes durabilty which in this case equals his so it wouldn't make Erza faint but would cause at least headache and possibly distract her for couple of seconds after the hit.
