Sans soul haxes passively with every attack and is known to dodge. a lot. Sans has the advantage and my vote.
and Sans has soul resistance of his own.
and him negging movement is immediately followed by some gravity slam or whatever you call it, which will soul hax GG.

are spirits and souls explicitly different things in that RP and/or show completely different properties from souls?
Teleportation. Can be used on both Sans himself and any attacks thrown at him. Or he can just use the aforementioned gravity and just immediately kill before he even gets hit by whatever comes at him because he doesn't have to hit any kind of projectile to use it.

Spirits and Souls are generally different things in both SSBU and this RP.
Spirits are more akin to what you see in SSBU and souls are more akin to Undertale/Deltarune. (Aidan's been to Deltarune so yeah. Speaking of which Susie (from Deltarune) actually strikes at the soul and Extinction didn't get raped by that but rules prevent me from changing before the match is over heck)
