Her durability is unknown, so tbh we can't assume it is higher or lower. Also why does erma have building level striking strength? Also the 8-C feat is Environmental Destruction and doesn't really translate to direct AP.

The 8-C feat isn't environmental destruction. It's a telekinetically caused and controlled avalanche, not just the triggering of a natural one.
The hair is one of her primary ghost and attack powers. It shouldn't be much weaker than her telekinesis. In fact, it can harm people that can take her telekinetical attacks.

Not triggered by her physically though. Powers=/=Physical AP. Also doesn't harm the kids.
Then change the reasoning. And I would argue that there is no reason it would be stronger than the telekinesis without evidence or statements of it being so. Plus if it is the case, then AP scale to durability iirc.

Doesn't harm the kids, cause it is spread out over a wide area and due to her absolutely not intending to harm the kids. It still shows that her telekinesis is strong enough to accomplish that kind of things.
Ap would only scale to dura if this were her hitting someone. This is her using her hair, which is still kinda physical, but not physical like a punch. At most you would get hair durability from that.

Ok, makes sense. Still isn't her physscal AP though, and should be at least something like "Unknown" physically, "8-C" with powers. Have a calc for that? Tbh seems higher.

Physical AP = Striking Strength. AP stats like "x physically, y with supernatural powers" are and always were completly redundant.
Wanted to calc the avalanche eventually but never got to it. But yeah, it's probably somewhat higher.
It's not really a battle series, so she hasn't be harmed at all. I guess tanking this is one of her better durability feats.

Then hair wouldn't be necessarily striking strength. Not n the least, as they often allow more match and fair matches, as if the powers are tier changing they can be restricted.
