erasing the universe

If that is all that's said, it can't be given more than 3-A. The "nothing" needs to be contextualized.

What kind of contextualization is needed here, exactly? Erasing the universe out of existence leaving out "nothing" let alone is already sufficient for Low 2-C. Given the fact that, with "nothing" being used, all things must become nonexistent. Time is a temporal dimension temporally governing space, it's still 'something'; so, logically put, time would be erased because there can't be something existing, and that leaves us with a 4-dimensional construct destruction feat meeting the criteria of Low 2-C.

Yes. Given the fact that, we assume the conventional model of space-time for any 'universe' at default. So, time is included as well.
