All right, everything's simple.
Definition of Essence "Has no form or shape, but creates and contains all forms and shapes"
"The essence does not exist in any one specific place, but simultaneously, creates and contains all places."
"Essence takes up no space, but simultaneously creates and contains all space."
This shows that Essence is both in the state of non-existence and in the state of existence
"They were Essences unto themselves, who not even the will of the Vast Expanse could interfere with. Transcendence, and the Daosource Realm, were completely independent of natural and magical law. Such cultivators were their own form of natural law, and gave birth to their own Essence. They were completely and utterly. independent!"
4th step cultivators have become their own essence.
So 4th step cultivators should gain NEP Nature Type 3 Aspect Type 5
Definition of Nep nature type 3

Equivalently, characters qualify which don't exist, but behave as if they do in some aspect other than their interaction with attacks and abilities. To qualify for this type, a character needs to be stated to be immune to manipulations of the aspects they are nonexistent in due to their nonexistence. An example of that would be a character who is able to think, and hence has a mind, but is stated to be immune to regular mind manipulation as said mind is paradoxically nonexistent in nature. The character doesn't necessarily behave exclusively nonexistent in regard to attacks, but
that is the only requirement necessary to gain this type. In terms of binary, where existence is 1 and nonexistence is 0, this would be part 0 and part 1 simultaneously.
