Why isn’t Emiya Alter from High 6-A to 5-C, from destroying Bennu during EOR Shinjuku?

I was scrolling through his profile and he is just 6-C with Massively Hypersonic speed, even after blitzing one of Kiara’s demon pillar and Kiara disguised as Mable Macintosh.

Also was able to dodge and react to Moriarty who was capable of fighting on par with Lobo who was able to move and react in Microseconds for a while.
