STORY:
Ellie and Henry are at the Toppat Clan Launch site trying to steal the rocket, they have taken out the entire Toppat Clan when henry gets shot by a missile shot from a familiar helicopter.
Charles has defeated Henry, and now Ellie has no choice but to defeat Charles herself
