While both can kill each other permenantly, I feel like Ellen would have an easier time doing so, as Misao has to worry about botht the Demon and Ellen herself to kill off, while Ellen can directly go for Misao.

Ellen has also far more wisdow, experience and has actually been into fights. She is less emotion-driven and methodic than Misao. She doesn't even need to actually think for the house to move for her, so she can do more things.

Ellen's physical stats are more casual than Misao, being able to overpower a 9-B when near death and bleeding out.

Also Ellen has higher attack speed, supersonic vs superhuman.

Overall I'd give it to Ellen due to all the reasons I've listed above.
