I believe there is a discussion about Avatar verse going on right now, which could change the profile a lot, but I'm not particularly knowledgeable in Avatar because all I did was watch the clips on Youtube. So I will wait for the more knowledgeable members to give their opinon first.
 
Wait, even if speed is equalized, doesn't BoBoiBoy get a pretty massive speed boost through his fusions and second tier elements, since they count as amplification techniques?
 
Since this is avatar state, Aang's first move would be forming the elemental sphere and going into flight mode.

That supra technique definitely looks like it would give Aang trouble if it hit.

If he starts off at low 6-B there is no other statistic amplifications other than BoBoiBoy's Supra Shift.
 
Well, Aang will rise up in the air at the start of the fight, so it's not like the fight is going to begin with CQC. He could suck BBB into the ground and attempt to crush him.
