About time I get to making this. This blog might not be complete but it won't be impossible to get input on my revisions beforehand.
Non-ability revisions
AP and Durability
The player's AP and Durability are going to get dropped from High 7-C to probably around or so 7-C based on this calc here. There's two reasons for this:
1. The projectiles from Meteor Declivity were scaled on a really flawed premise (constantly moving player that it was scaled to) during the original calc, as opposed to what was calc'd in the one linked aboved.
2. Assuming the player absorbs all of the energy both in a manner that can be applicable to a normal attack and not through just surviving being frozen alive by Vehement Blizzard is iffy. It supports that attacks can reach tier 7 but it's most likely not applicable to durability in general. High 7-C environmental destruction sounds plausible, but not AP or durability through this alone.
Likewise, the new calc gauges a move that creates magma from the ground to also be 7-C, but I think this should be discusses as the move's description only states that it shoots pulses of lava columns in an outward direction (from the terrain they are on) and the user is able to summon lava to attack in every other move of theirs, this should probably be questioned.
Despite all of this, there's another instance of the player using meteors to attack (Space's Asteroid Belt attack, where it literally pulls meteors from outer space to attack and the meteors are shown to be ablated). Despite this, calcs are most likely going to place them around tier 8 or so (at the very most low-end Tier 7 if you use maximum orbital entry speeds [72 km/s] for the velocity of them). Could be a speed feat supporting MHS speeds.
We can probably debate something other than 7-C for the tier provided there's only one absolutely solid feat (the meteor one) that we can assure has solid reasoning.
Speed
Within the blog above, the player was calced at being low-end Sub-Relativistic speeds scaling from one of the fastest light-based moves in the game. The move is based off of reflecting a beam off of several mirrors as to direct it towards a location, although the beam does have questionable properties (summoning an explosion that causes opponents to go temporarily blind on impact).
In spite of this, the player is already to contend with other players using the light element (which has a move literally stated to "activate sun rays" to heal themselves) - which use light to attack in general - in addition to players that utilize the spectrum element - which is a fusion elemental between light and crystal (referencing how light produces a spectrum of colors when it passes through a prism) and has an ult (cosmic shrine) themed around creating a prism of light with multicolored projectiles moving within it (though, these projectiles are referred to as "spectral blasts".
In short, some questionable stuff but the player fights against light manipulators that use light-based attacks to combat other players. Dodging illusion's refraction laser is a definite minimum for light dodging feats, so the speed of the player should be "Sub-Relativistic (Able to dodge illusion's refraction attack, and can achieve higher speeds via buffs), likely higher (Capable of avoiding attacks from other light manipulating elements such as light and spectrum)".
If that ain't acceptable then there's two meteor dodging feats shown in the AP section considering that it's possible to scale off of the meteor declivity feat (overhead meteors) and space's asteroid belt (meteors literally pulled from out of space that are shown to be ablated).
Abilities
This just lists off moves that probably warrant for new abilities to be added within the powers & abilities section of the profile:
Energy Manipulation: Via Technology element. Various spell descriptions state that they can compress energy into a bomb, summon orbital beams of energy to attack and can "meditate to reach maximum capacity of power" which they then can release to attack.
Limited BFR: Via tech's ult. It teleports an opponent to a digital region that attacks them (read: Virtual Zone) (video of a player using it). This is only for a small period of time and the opponent is then teleported back to the position where they were hit by the ult.
Limited Transmutation: Via Absorbing Slime. The player is able to turn various projectiles into both slime minions and slime puddles. The description states outright that it "absorbs all incoming projectiles into living slimes and slimy projectiles (first link, scroll down to absorbing slime). This does not work on some projectiles (most notably: some of the intangible projectiles such as Quill Daggers) and it does not function on players (it causes them to, instead, stick to the shield and be incapable of acting as a result).
Slime Manipulation: Via slime element. The user can summon slime that is either inert and not alive (puddles of sticky slime) or sentient and able to attack opponents among other things (healing the caster when they stick to them or opponents).
Acid Manipulation: Via acid element. The user is able to summon acid for attacks and even make it move on its own in order to consume players (via corrosive stream) or even become a puddle of acid (would probably be considered Transformation) that can move on its own (via septic splatter)
Energy Manipulation: Via technology element. The user can compress energy into a bomb (via vortex bomb) and summon three beams energy to attack from above (via orbital strike).
Transformation: To a limited degree via drago among other elements. Dragon element allows the player to grow wings in order to fly a short distance whilst attacking (via soaring upheaval) or grow a tail and horns to harm opponents physically (via fuming whack). Elements such as phoenix allow the user to become a different creature entirely via their ult.
Limited Power Nullification: Via Shockwave halo. Description states that it "debilitates" and drains stamina from opponents. The stamina drain simply prevents opponents from regenerating stamina, but the debilitation effect itself prevents opponents from casting spells that are considering transportation spells - or spells that are intended to allow the player to move themselves via means of summoning an object to move them (air, grass, water), teleportation,
Limited Space-Time Manipulation: Via Space-Time Rupture. The move states that it can split space and time in order to expel a laser beam. This is the only use for it (summoning a projectile). It's basically just fancy summoning, but it might be worth mentioning anyhow.
Limited Mind Manipulation(?): Via Ace Up the Sleeve. The attack causes any hit opponent to have their movement controls reversed for a small period of time. Not sure if it's mind manip, considering that it just makes them move in the opposite intended direction save for jumping.
There might be a few more abilities I didn't mention that I could probably note later in the thread, but these are just the major ones I noticed so far.
