This fight is more close than I thought it'd be, but personally I believe Electro would take this, he has a serious range advantage and is able to fly as well as spam electricity from far away, all of Lokis options for defeating Electro also require him to be within close range, even if Max chooses to go in that close he can always teleport or become intangible, voting Electro
