Hey there. So... how does electricity work AP-wise? I mean in the real world, there are several notable examples of electricity.:
9V battery: 9 volts; harmless unless you lick it, then it'd be annoying
Household current: 120 volts and 60 Hz. I experienced this myself when I was 8 or 9 and I was relatively unharmed.
Electric Eel: 500-650 volts and hundreds of hertz. Can stun a human and scared off a medium or large dog. Likened to a taser's jolt.
Taser: 0.9-10 joules according to its patent. Stuns when used correctly and may kill when used wrongly.
Electric Chair: Usually 1800 volts and 7.5 amps for 30 seconds, 240 volts and 1.5 amps for 60 seconds. Always deadly.
Lightning Strike: Duh!
Given all these, how would one necessarily go about handling electricity and how it gets used offensively?
