Elder Scrolls speed feats?

Can someone please link me all or most of speed feats? I know I've read that someone capable of dodging lighting but it is hard to find source for many of them. I found wamasu feat from the blog but I find those texts to be vague and non explicit in it demonstration so I need more that is similiar to that feat. Also I want source about Alduin go in and out of time if anyone can provide one. Also, are we sure Alduin traveled to Sovngarde using his speed alone and not a portal like Dovahkiin did?
