Aa far as I know, Dovahkiin only tier 1 hax that aren't daedric artifacts are Mora's Grasp (BFR) and their acasuality.

The first because sends you between Mundus and Oblivion and the second because of being unbound by the Dream of the Godhead.

Definitely arguable for High 1-B via Auriel's Bow. It's capable of crossing the plane of Mundus, which would be an infinity of the 10th level.

That's a range and attack speed feat with the latter being useless because dovahkiin already has immeasurable speeds.
