This is a bad matchup. Spidey has Precog and better speed. As much as I love Ed, this is a stomp for Spidey.

Higher tier means nothing if the speed difference gap is wide enough. Look at Cirno vs Naruto (verse) where 7-B character arguably can go up to fight tier 5 characters because of her speed advantage. HS+ reaction vs possibly Supersonic reactions means Edward's inability to land any hit on Spidy while his opponent can do it with ease.
