My inital thoughts are Echidna due to absoption, that said Eto has a power and speed (i think) advantage so you never know.

I'm heavily leaning towards Echidna on this one. Her Regenerationn is gonna severely limit what Eto can do to try and put her down. And her absorption means that staying away to fire at long ranges is just giving her further biological material to absorb... rather, I don't think attacking her at all without being able to finish her off will help Eto, giving her free access to what Kagune's are made of.
