This should be a somewhat uncontroversial thread, but my main proposal is to simply give Omega a modern (5-A) key scaling him above (base) modern Metal:
Omega is stated to be "the most powerful robot in the world" both in Forces (Said by himself and by Infinite [Jp dub]) and in Team Sonic Racing, in which both games had Metal in it, and had the person who made the statment knew about Metal's strengh, I could add the fact that Infinite had to actually put effort to dodge and reflect his lasers, something that the jackal doesn't do with everyone, but I feel like the two statments are already enough proof for this new key.
