Duality involving existence and nonexistent

Simple thread, is existence and nonexistent a logical duality or automatically assumed to be in a dual state in a verse like life and death. For example in a verse we know there’s a concept of life and life and death are automatically assumed to be in a dual state, would this apply if there’s a concept of existence as well.

Nope it is not automatically assumed to be included there. According to this logic each TD type 2 user is NEP 2.

yogiri is a Td2, he is totally nonexistent. But there is no evidence for him that he is existent at all, thus he does not have nep2. I think you can give other examples such as god unsong or abvita from Hinduism to be easy to understand.

Yogiri should be NEP 2, but with further evidence. But it is not related to the question, he is saying should every TD type 2 user get NEP 2, and I said no.
