So It was stated that the Dream Stone had Innumerable which in vs terms means infinite I'm pretty sure, so Dreamy Bowser harnesses the Power of It (obviously) and Is the embodiment of all the universes and their space-times that are inside the Dream Stone. Therefore, he'd exist everywhere at all times when in the Dream World This should also make him 2-A but this probably needs more research

Innumerable does not mean infinite, it just means a super big number. It's undoubtedly 2-B and massive degrees of it, but not 2-A.
