Do note that in Deadpool kills the Marvel Universe and in Deadpool Killastrated that the Pregenerators are said to be the writers, not Deadpool and Deadpool being a pregenerator comes from Dreadpool who is an unreliable sourse. If he is one however, in the previous two stories it also talks about something being possibly above the Progenitors.

More possible Reality Warping though DP 616 does give an argument against this being true (Yes he still questions this and it could still be true).
