Depending, Drago is either on par with Strange, or one-shots through sheer AP.

Infinity Drago is a fairly weak drago compared to the others. Drago is not getting through Low-Godly regen. He hardly uses transmutation in battle. Strange wins by being able to do whatever dragon does but better.
