Dragon Ball's Radiation Resistance (Maybe a Downgrade)

Straightforward, I have noticed that Saiyans have a resistance to radiation for absorbing Blutz Waves. But if not stated somewhere that Blutz Waves are harmful to anything, shouldn't that resistance be removed? I know that there are countless radiation kinds where excess of it can cause harm but Vegeta outright states that any full moon emits those and that they absorb those emissions through their eyes.

If it were harmful to be exposed to blutz waves or a full moon then everyone in DB would be dead because of the blutz radiation, no? Therefore, 17 million z.p.s. are simply acceptable levels of that radiation that anyone can live under. Because it's something contained in the reflected sunlight from any full moon. Suggestion is that something more should be brought to support that resistance feat or else, that it's removed.

Seems that removal of the feat can be applied, it's been unanimous and includes staff votes. Should I remove it (the Blutz feat) from the pages that are unlocked, and leave any locked ones I come across to staff?
