Dragon Ball Z: Molecular Destruction Level?

I don't want to continue on this argument, however you have to admit that characters stronger than ssj2 gohan have cellular destruction/defense and characters stronger than ssj3 Goku have molecular destruction and defense.

Didn't argue that point. In fact, I believe I brought up that Buu's regen should definitely be closer to molecular (despite being described as cellular, for some reason), before.

I agree with Azathoth. It was most likely flowery language, and contradicts the situation with Cell later on.

Wait you guys didn't understand what I was saying.

I said if a Ki blast has more power than than what it's hitting's durability it can atomize it EX:Full power Beerus launching his Sun attack at puar.

As for Cell, his durability+Regenerationn made him impossible to be atomized with THERE POWER AT THE TIME and the bare minimum they had to do to kill him is destroy him on a celular level. EX:Goku hitting himself wouldn't completely atomize him but would at best just burn a little of his flesh.

what i mean is

if a character is considerably weaker, then the ki damage goes down to the atomic level

also keep in mind, after cell's suicide only one cell remainened

If Goku destroys the Evil Water in the next episode ... so ...

At least casual molecular level would be accepted, right?

Doubt it. Vaporization is all that's needed to destroy water. If anything, it shouldn't have better regen than even Buu.

Well, I do not think that we can draw the conclusion of molecular manipulation, rather than Piccolo simply assuming that his blast was so overwhelmingly powerful that it completely destroyed his opponent.
