Dragon Ball Super "Void" and "5D"

Need help about this: A guy said that Goku moved in void without space-time created by Zeno.

With this, he then said No space time = 0D
He said that moving there means that Goku is unbound by space-time and therefore is 5d.
He said that with this 0d thing he can scale Goku much higher (above 5d). Mainly his justification is based on this:https://vsbattles.fandom.com/wiki/Zero-Dimensionality
Also, he says the feat is legitimate and that the Time Machine that works in the vacuum created by Zeno is PIS, aka Plot Induced Stupidity.
That's it. Is this legit or not? I kinda feel like its Sus af, but idk 🤷‍♂️

Edit: It's because of this that he says it's legitimate.

If it was a 0D Space then Goku wouldn't be able to enter it at all, it would be infinitesimal in comparison to his 3D existence. Anyway, Goku is clearly bound by Space & Time by the fact he ages and had issues with Hit's time stop.

Moving within a place lacking something does not make you unbound by it. Moving in a place lacking air doesn't make me unbound from the air, moving in place with no gravity doesn't make me unbound from gravity. It's a property of the place and unless it imposes that property onto you or has a rule stating you need to lack space and time to move there then it's headcannon.
