Done in question

After stating in a quiet voice, Gohan lightly pushes Cellmax's fist.

"Haa!"

Then he quickly delivers a powerful soaring kick that sunk into its large belly.

Cellmax was blown away into the rocky mountains behind, crashing into it.

"Guaaaahhh...!"

Cellmax's raging eyes turned towards Gohan, who was staring at them from above.

He raises his sole right hand.

"Oooooo..."

A roaring sound loosening the air gradually turns into intense heat.

Observing the situation, Gohan suddenly opens his eyes wide.

"!?"

He noticed a light projectile was forming in Cellmax's right hand, containing a large amount of energy.

As he witnessed, the dark bullet of light was swelling up, becoming an enormous amount of energy that covers over the surface of the earth.

The gravitational force of Cellmax's ki projectile rapidly sucked up the surrounding debris, creating a huge vortex.

"..."

But Gohan wasn't phased.

On the contrary, he was even smiling for some reason.

Was this due to Gohan's instinct as a Saiyan who craves fighting to do this?

Having produced a gigantic energy bullet, Cellmax condense all of the energy at once.

Although large enough for them to lift it in one hand, Cellmax's super powerful ki ball was like a black hole that could swallow up the universe as it
absorbed energy from its surroundings to grow even more powerful.

These will be the skills added to Cell's profile

Gravity Manipulation Cell Max was manipulating gravity and Absorption he was absorbing the energies when it was sent directly over him

Yes, i think that would be good, since he himself is already 2-C, this is just another piece of evidence.
Eh, no. It was sucking matter like a Black Hole that could destroy the universe, meaning it would eventually suck the universe, not at once. So no, it wouldn't classify as evidence for 3-A, much less 2-C

That would just be 2-C over time at absolute worst. He’s still gonna destroy the entire universe even if it’s not in one shot.
3-A over time, not 2-C over time. The universe /=/ The macrocosm

It wouldn't even be thanks to Cell Max, but the energy the black holes gets by consuming everything. Either way, it's absolutely worthless for a character that can already one shot the 2-C macrocosm. We will not be adding that meaningless feat to the profiles.

I'm completely sure of that
You're completely wrong, that is.

How not? The energy it is sucking is through Cell Max's own ki, so its destructive potential goes directly to him, that's not how things work in Dragon Ball, but let's not touch on that subject, we'll debate that in another period, let's just accept the skills

That would make less sense every time we see the universe being talked about in DBS it’s always in reference to the whole thing not just pieces of it. If they were talking strictly about the mortal world they’d make it a point to emphasize that fact.
You're actually just wrong about that, the living universe has been referenced and isolated as just "universe" several times throughout the story.

Because that's how a black hole WORKS, it absorbs energy and matter from elsewhere and grows stronger, Cell Max would only be responsible for the initial destructive power, which is NOT Universal. The panel itself mentions that it grows stronger by absorbing the surrounding energy. Drop the subject.

Because it is not a black hole, but rather like one and it is comparing.

I think Topaz's point is that the initial construct does not possess the universal output, since it's absorbing energy from the surroundings to grow in power. Being a literal black hole or not is semantics in this case.

So, but in any case the final destruction scales to ki.

Anyway, what are your opinions on skills?
