Dragon Ball Super Discussion Thread 100

Daima episode 13 kinda proves GIANT characters can beat the cast. If they had to go Super Saiyan to do 0 damage to a Megath Child, and assuming Megath Child < Megath Adult < Gigath child < Gigath Adult, I'm convinced that mountain-size and up mechs in Gurren Lagann verse step on them.

Unless, for the convenience of plot we're gonna say the Krakens, Megaths, and Gigaths are all casually star-level. And it's not even with Daima. Great Ape Vegeta was killing the Z-fighters with physical strength alone. I didn't read much of Super's manga, but I'm pretty sure UI Goku had to go into his giant avatar state to fight small hill-sized Moro, etc. The writers just get stupid when their opponent is big. They couldn't lift Magetta who's supposedly 1000 tons, even though training under 300x gravity in the Buu saga is 21 tons of bodyweight alone, and well over 1000 tons of force generated as super saiyan.

Unlike Beast Gohan who almost murdered Cell Max with that kick, which, in comparison, is far smaller than the child Megath. Goku could get lost in its dog's body hairs and fight gorilla-sized ticks.

Kaioshin who could supposedly kill Frieza with one blast running away from hamsters.
If you watched the episode Goku literally asks why these species don’t become supreme demon kings like Dabura, and it’s revealed that species lives a more sedentary life style, so they’re too lazy to get those positions of power. So them being hella strong is actually something recognized in the episode from a plot standpoint, so yeah they’re strong. This would probably apply to the Krakens too.

Alright so let me hit you with some crazy scaling. If I scale to tier x, and fail to harm someone, they have tier x dura.
Their AP has nothing to do with being completely outclassed in force due to the sheer size of their opponent. The logic introduced in this show is that bigger = stronger. If Goku failed with a giant multiple stories tall, he would be completely physically outclassed by a mountain-sized giant. This is implicitly stated in the show by the old Namekian when comparing the giant children to the adults and the giants on planet Giga on the basis of size alone.

I thought we had just seen the stupidest takes we could get but God damn
Simple logic: The Megath child is colossal; Goku would get crushed under its weight if it stepped on him, and the wind from its breath could destabilize their flight. DB has never positively displayed lifting feats relative to power levels. Therefore, any giant the size shown or bigger would crush them.

Goku was flattened by the weight of his body under 100Gs despite being far beyond planet level, which is like 0.001% of this giant's weight. We've already seen this when Great Ape Gohan fell on Vegeta and crushed him. Gravity doesn't have a power level; he would get crushed. Sure, they're also strong.

'Would get crushed under his weight if he stepped on him'

Genuinely incomprehensible have a nice day

This feels alot like claiming someone with higher lifting strength could choke him. No actually getting eith in arms reach of someone who can one shot you and you lack the AP to harm in anyway will end in you being oneshot. If there literally a million times stronger then you, no you don't have the power to break there windpipe

I still have a question, where do they get the idea that Zalama is a namekuseijin? From what was described in the work, the Namekians stole parts of the super spheres, Super Sheron is his own creator, i think this theory of a super namekuseijin does not exist, it is just Super Sheron who is his own creator

I'd agree

I feel like a good powerscaling litmus test is whether someone can imagine that people/objects larger than humans can have powers far beyond their size in the same way human-sized people can. I can't talk about the giants because I haven't watched Daima, but people say the wildest things about Hearts' God Meteor. Its strength is in its energy the same way it is for Hearts, Goku, or any ki blast they could create. It would not be harder to destroy it if it was the size of a large planet or even Super Shenron. Arguably the best attack would be if Hearts condensed his energy into a pebble cause then it might pierce Gogeta's counterattack.

Hearts should've used a Gravastar for the close factor rather than a stupid meter

Kind of a fun fact. This page came out the day before the Hearts vs Gogeta episode. It kind of surprised me that people didn't get the idea.

Maybe it would have been cool if he could grab one of those Crack of Time Crystals and use it as a timeline sized object. Probably would be out of a character though. (Also the size would still be literally infinitely less impressive than its energy makes it.)

I figure there would be some interest from supporters;

Site got taken down for a bit and no one cares lol
It's been a few hours, this is happening a lot and maybe someday this will all end (i'm talking about the website itself, maybe one day all this will be inactive due to lack of people, many people are losing interest in it)

Been lmaoing at some of our vs threads as of recently

Make objectively false NLF claims, generally make bad arguements, then claim Dragon Ball fans are so biased when nobody buys their shitty arguements

Its like the dude falling off the bike meme. Other fandoms make an ass out of themselves and blame us

the last time it happened was like two months ago, and both of these were just for over 24 hours so I doubt this will really impact things that much

If it ever happens soon again then I think Ant will just get a different server provider

About Infinite Zamasu, he wouldn't have those things about concepts that don't exist in Dragon Ball subspace What does Zeno have? Infinite Zamasu also scales with the subspace that lies between the afterlife and the universe, that would give what to infinite Zamasu ?

Is it necessary to create a crt to add missing scan to a character's profile? For example Dabura lacks a lot of evidence that he can do such a thing, if i or someone else changes the profile it can be banned?

There demon world creatures. They have consistently shown to be powerful. This could just mean demon world densions with few exceptions tend to have power liner to there size. This dose not mean a gaint from another franchise could hurt goku by stepping on him. Low Lifting strength dosen't suddenly make you less durable to crushing damage
