Gero possessed eternal life because he restructured himself into a purely mechanical being, with the only organic remnant of his former self being his brain. Androids 17 and 18 are only marginally mechanical, instead possessing artificially enhanced organic matter. Toriyama later confirmed that they age and decay as normally, but at a slower rate.
On that note, they should receive Type 2 Self-Sustenance, as they survive off of hydration. I dunno if they lack the need to sleep, though, even if they do possess Infinite Energy Reactors.
Based on datamining, which revealed that a cel-shaded [anime skins] male skin named "DualParadox" [Goku Black and Future Zamasu] with two variants, one of which has a pink head [base and Super Saiyan Rosé], and a constant pickaxe animation [energy blade] was in development.

This would put u7 at 4 spacetimes, i think this should qualify because its literally the reverse of the upper portion of the living realm, so i don't think they share the same spacetime imo, its a different dimension that should also be infinite in size since, since we know they aren't spatially connected.

so is it just like a pocket dimension? Because it verbatim states that its the opposite side of outer space which is infinite in size, so wouldn't it also have to be infinite in size? Or is toriyama just forgetful?

it does not appear lol, we get a visual representation of what it could look like, we have never seen it in canon, clearly it exist in the macrocosm as another dimension parallel to the one goku lives in

The macrocosm is split into two sections, living realm and afterlife, the living realm has outer space, which is just what they call that dimension, infinite galaxies, and the demon realm exist on the reverse side of it, not in it.

how do you know? same name, there is demons, it goes well with toryama's words on what it is, if they have the same name and nothing indicates that they are different, then there is no reason to believe that they are different
