You're taking the term "resurrection" too hyper literal. Even before Mechikabura regained his youth and Chronoa sealed the Demon Realm away, Mechikabura was already talking about the Demon Realm's resurrection. It's just a fancy way of them saying that they'll restore the Demon Realm to it's glory.

I think it is quite implicit by the supreme kaio statement that they recused after disappearing parchment is also not contradictory with the dark king statement

Except they were never dead though. Chronoa removing the Demon Realm from the Time Scrolls is simply her removing and undoing all their presences, records and events from time. She's not literally outright erasing them from existence, only their events and actions in history, which is Causality manipulation.
