It's not higher dimensional under any interpretation. If the size of the other world is contingent on the size of the living world which, it is; it must be the same size as the living world's which is already innately contradictory towards the physical aspect of infinity, and by virtue extensive dimensions. It is impossible to ontologically describe it this way when the other world is blatantly bound by the phenomena and laws (layer of reality) as the mortal world.

No, for those realms to be 5D would requid more direct statements of it to exist in a higher dimensional space like with DC's Apokolips.

I think the Heaven be as big as the universe it referring to our RL universe and not to the actual Living World, since both realms its each half of the macrocosmo.

IDK. I serisously wonder if that was retconned with DBS like, I might be wrong but I think each of the 12 universes has it's own hell and heaven right (ntm each timeline)? Therefore if they're contained within a 3D space it should mean each of them is a 3D space too right? (the same way Zen'ô isn't 4D+ because there's one zen'ô in each timeline). Sure if there was one single heaven for the whole "multiverse" I'd def support it too but the fact there's most likely one hell and heaven for each universe might mean it shouldn't be treated as a higher dimension.
