we got dragon ball evolution on there which is not canon and doest fit at all while gt tries to fit in but canonity dont fit in

correct but the movies and games are able to fit a page and they all not canon and fit in horribly

yeah theyre and a spinoff and have they have continutity stated by toriyama as well as the new video games are set in their own continutity

toriyama makes basic plot points and gives it to toei and toyotaro for the manga and anime resecttively and he did that with other material like the early part of gt and overviewed alot of the other materials and gave the ok the only thing he didt like was dragon ball evolution
