Nah even now he has plot hax so can't be killed. Plus mastery over casualty, space, time, decay, life, death, ruination and some other stuff....Basically nearly all the laws. LIke karma and casualty. Also some soul damage and multipliers stacked on top of it.

Don't see how you could get 1-B for canon and High 1-B for DBH. But if we're going that route then she's outer in canon and high outer in DBH using CSAP's tiering system.

You can highball DBH to Hyperversal with some feats and scans out there, but most likely, won't be accepted in here.

The case is more solid for DBH since you can use Toki-Toki as supporting evidence rather than just keyword scaling essentially.
