All right, both should have comparable skill as boxers to my limited knowledge on Ivan.

Ivan doesn't screw around so he definitely has the advantage there.

Unfortunately Ivan looks to be somewhere around baseline 9-B. Which puts the BOGUS in one-shotting range due to upscaling from a calc that is like 10x baseline or something, whatever it is, it's high enough to AP stomp

Also not on the profile for some reason... so I'd probably give it to Ivan currently if that is indeed true, he isn't egotistic, arrogant, or overconfident. He has an AP advantage and comparable skill to beat the BOGUS into hell
